Redbank Wines Italian Dinner at Bucci | Brisbane
Join us on a flavour filled Italian style journey bringing together an exceptional stable of Redbank wines, brilliantly matched to an Italian menu. Hosted by Redbank winemaker, Marc van Halderen and Wine Selectors, you’ll savour four courses and eight wines that best represent the Italian heritage of this celebrated winery.
At Bucci, guests will enjoy the talents of executive chef and co-owner, Shaun Malone, who follows the Italian culinary approach of allowing the fresh flavours of natural ingredients to shine.
You’ll sip on Redbank Prosecco on arrival followed by the Ellora Vintage Chardonnay Pinot Noir with the starter. The second course will be a chance to compare Gris and Grigio styles with the Redbank Sunday Morning Pinot Gris and Redbank Pinot Grigio, while the Fiano, Long Paddock Shiraz and a ‘mystery red’ will accompany the mains.
