Redbank Wines Italian Dinner at Ciao Cielo | Melbourne
Join us on a flavour filled Italian style journey bringing together an exceptional stable of Redbank wines, brilliantly matched to Italian menus. Hosted by Redbank winemaker, Marc van Halderen and Wine Selectors, you’ll savour four courses and seven wines that best represent the Italian heritage of this celebrated winery. Chef Bryan Nelson of Ciao Cielo’s will present strong Italian flavours through the medium of amazing Victorian produce.
You’ll sip on Redbank Prosecco on arrival followed by the Ellora Vintage Chardonnay Pinot Noir with the starter. The second course will be a chance to compare Gris and Grigio styles with the Redbank Sunday Morning Pinot Gris and Redbank Pinot Grigio, while the Fiano, Long Paddock Shiraz and a ‘mystery red’ will accompany the last course.
