The evening features a bespoke Italian four-course menu paired with exceptional wines from the nation's most celebrated producers – a delicious narrative that traces Australia's remarkable transformation into a global culinary powerhouse. It's a dinner that captures the evolution we've been privileged to document and champion.

2nd Course

  • Agnolotti  filled with ricotta & Asiago, mint and zucchini

 

3rd Course

  • Filetto ‘Rossini’ – Angus beef fillet, fois gras, wilted spinach and Madeira jus
  • Roasted potatoes, garlic & rosemary

 

To Finish

  • Cream frittata - fried custard cream, honey & candied orange
