Tahbilk 160 Years of Winemaking Dinner | Melbourne
Celebrate 160 years with Tahbilk!
One of Australia's oldest and most reputable wineries is celebrating its 160th birthday and you’re invited to come and taste 160 years of winemaking experience at Melbourne’s fine dining establishment Matilda 159 Domain.
This once-in-a-lifetime dinner will be hosted by Hayley Purbrick, the fifth generation custodian of this very special winery. Experience the beautiful ageing ability of Tahbilk wines, with aged examples, including their unique Marsanne, tasted alongside their younger counterparts.
The four course menu will be curated by the team at Matilda 159 Domain, Chef Scott Pickett’s two-hatted restaurant, whose menu focuses on wood-fired cooking. Paired with stunning Tahbilk wines, this promises to be a meal to remember!
Seats at this birthday celebration are limited, so book your spot today!
