Tahbilk's 160 Years of Winemaking Dinner | Newcastle
Celebrate 160 years with Tahbilk!
One of Australia's oldest and most reputable wineries is celebrating its 160th birthday and you’re invited to come and taste 160 years of winemaking experience at Newcastle's fine dining establishment Restaurant Mason.
This dinner will be hosted by Alister and Hayley Purbrick, fourth and fifth generation custodians of this very special winery. Experience the beautiful ageing ability of Tahbilk wines, with aged examples, including their unique Marsanne, tasted alongside their younger counterparts.
The 4-course menu will be curated by Restaurant Mason’s chef Chris Thornton, who brings a wealth of local and international experience to his cuisine. Having held a Chef’s Hat for seven consecutive years, Restaurant Mason is a Newcastle dining highlight, made even more so by the accompaniment of Tahbilk wines.
