Celebrate 160 years with Tahbilk!

One of Australia's oldest and most reputable wineries is celebrating its birthday and you’re invited to come and taste 160 years of winemaking experience at Sydney's Kitchen by Mike.

This once-in-a-lifetime dinner will be hosted by Alister and Hayley Purbrick, fourth and fifth generation custodians of this very special winery. Experience the beautiful ageing ability of Tahbilk wines, with aged examples, including their unique Marsanne, tasted alongside their younger counterparts.

The menu will be curated by Kitchen by Mike’s chef Mike McEnearney, whose food philosophy centres on seasonal, local and fresh wholesome foods. With ingredients sourced from producers who share the restaurant’s core values of integrity, sustainability and ethical farming, this promises to be a meal to remember, especially when it’s paired with stunning Tahbilk wines!
