Tasmanian Showcase Dinner at Pure South
You’re invited to indulge in an intimate dinner showcasing the best of Tasmania’s wine and food! Your hosts for the evening will be Selector’s Paul Diamond, Josef Chromy winemaker, Jeremy Dineen, and two unique farmer-producers who contribute their ethical, free-range produce to the menu.
Your dining destination will be Melbourne’s Pure South, named after the pristine environment of Australia’s southernmost state. For over 13 years, the Pure South team has been developing relationships with Tasmania’s farmers, fishers and artisan producers to ensure the very finest ingredients for its seasonally changing menu.
From King Island beef to St Helens oysters and Bass Strait scallops, executive chef, David Hall and his team are spoilt for choice when it comes to fresh inspiration, plating up sumptuous creations the whole year through.
