Q: How do I redeem an offer?
A: If you’re a Wine Selectors member then all you need to do is click ‘redeem’ on your selected offer. You will need to login with your web login if you haven’t already. Confirm your redemption and a confirmation email will be sent your way! Simply quote the code to the partner and enjoy the offer!
Q: I’m a Wine Selectors member but the website won’t let me redeem an offer. What’s wrong?
A: If you are a regular delivery customer (that is you are signed up to one of our Cellar Door Release programs or are on a Customised Cellar Door release) the system will recognise your membership once you login to redeem an offer. This is providing you have a registered website login (which you need to sign up for once you have your membership confirmed). Please note, if you are a new member it can take up to 24 hours for your membership details to be linked to your membership. If you have issues then please contact email@example.com for assistance.
Q: I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What do I do?
A: You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can look into this for you.
Q: I’ve already redeemed a deal so can I redeem it again?
A: All the deals on this website are set to one redemption per member per year.
Q: How long do these deals last for?
A: Most of these will expire on the 31st January 2020. However, please refer to the expiry on each individual offer to confirm as some vary. Please also note that the expiry and offers are subject to change.
Q: Are all of these partners open 7 days a week?
A: No, opening times will vary from partner to partner. Please check with the partner to confirm their opening times and days.
Q: I’ve tried to redeem a deal that is listed on this website but the vendor isn’t willing to honour the deal. What can I do?
A: Please email us at MembersExtras@wineselectors.com.au to let us know who you spoke to and which vendor it was and we will investigate on our end. Please be assured that all our vendors have been asked to brief in their staff on their offer to ensure this does not occur.
Q: I’m not a Wine Selectors member, can I still have access to these deals?
A: Being a Wine Selectors member is more than just getting delicious wines delivered on a regular schedule. You also have access to loads of other amazing benefits. These benefits include Members Extras which are deals exclusively for Wine Selectors members.
