Crafted by De Bortoli’s chief winemaker, Steve Webber, the La Bohème Act Four Syrah Gamay 2017 received the Trophy for Best Value Red, adding to a Gold medal from the 2018 Royal QLD Wine Show. A very classy wine, it’s medium-bodied yet deeply fruited with complex stalky spice hints, very fine tannins and fabulous acidity.
