4 Boards Shiraz Cabernet 2013

Given Flying Fish Cove’s close proximity to the Margaret River surf breaks, it’s no wonder they have a surfing inspired range of wines, including this rich Shiraz Cabernet.
 
In the glass: Dark red.
On the nose: Bright red and dark fruits with regional herb notes and hints of toasty oak.
On the palate: Rich, intense blackcurrant fruit - quite luscious and deep, but well structured and vibrant with subtle oak, fine tannins and chocolatey length. Fully mature.
