Vibrant pale lemon. Nutty aldehyde lift over lemon, vanilla biscuit and toast. Well-balanced, fine and dry, with a defined fruit core, nutty complexity and vibrant citrus flavours, with hints of chamomile tea and brioche on the savoury acid finish.
