Salmon pink to onion skin in the glass, on the darker end of the PG scale and showing the variety’s versatility, this Gris has a lifted nose of ripe pear, musk and rose petal. The very savoury palate shows light red fruits, musk and kitchen spice with dry, mouth-watering acidity.
