Very pale and bright. Grapefruit, apple, pear, rockmelon and grilled nuts. Palate shows stonefruit, baked apple and nashi, grapefruit-like acidity and slatey minerality, plush mouthfeel, and touches of blanched almond and sea spray to finish.
