This vibrant, bright garnet coloured blend has a delightful nose of lifted berry, plum, spice, white pepper and anise aromas. The palate is medium weight and quite lean with a great cool climate structure. It features tight red fruit flavours with lifted acid and peppery spice. It’s still youthful and a must with food.
