If you love Chardonnay, expand your wine horizons with this fantastic Marsanne, whose intense flavours are courtesy of 40-yearold vines.
By the turn of the century, All Saints Estate had become the largest wine storage facility in the Southern Hemisphere, and is now an icon of Victoria's history.
This carefully crafted Marsanne was hand harvested, wild fermented by indigenous yeast and aged on lees for 18 months. The 40-year-old vines used for producing this wine have resulted in bewitching aromas of pear, quince and musk with a layered creamy texture. With its full bodied palate, it has intense flavours of ripe peach, a creamy texture and a long, dry finish.
