This Pinot is one of the lightest examples, both in colour and taste, that we've tried in a long time, making it ideal with antipasto or a selection of charcuterie and pickles.
Vey pale ruby. Dried herbs, cranberry, pot pourri and earth on the nose. Very light and delicate with a savoury red fruit core, very fine tannins and jubey acidity, and hints of black tea on the soft finish. Quite Beaujolais-like.
