Margaret River tends to produce more structured Merlot, sometimes approaching the power and tannin presence of the region's famed Cabernet, and this one is no exception.
Mid to deep garnet. Intense black tea, cassis and violet florals lift from the glass. Clean, bright and fresh dark berry fruit, tobacco and cedar, well structured tannins, and vibrant acidity giving length and balance. A very well made Merlot.
