Not a great deal of Pinot G is made in Margaret River, or WA for that matter, but we are seeing some excellent examples, like this beauty from Altus Rise.
Bright pale lemon. Pear, green apple and lemon aromas. Plush, juicy and generous with a bright mix of nashi and stonefruit, complex salty umami characters, supple acidity and a generous finish. A slippery, fuller style of Grigio.
