Nebbiolo is proving to be an excellent variety to use to craft savoury Rosé styles, and this one from Amadio is a great example of the success that can be achieved.
Pale onion skin in appearance. Rose petal, cranberry and white tea aromas. Fine and bright with attractive minerality, layers of crunchy red and orange fruit, savoury acidity and a mouth-watering finish. A lovely food wine.
