Planted in 1998, the Sweetwater vineyard is located at Sweetwater Ridge in the northern end of the Lower Hunter Valley. Distinctive soils give the wine its unique character.
Inky dark red. Concentrated nose of plum, blueberry, cedar and white pepper. A rich and luscious entry, full-flavoured and full-bodied with an unctuous mix of mocha and blueberry, juicy acidity and plenty of sweet oak. A lovely Shiraz.
