Pale and bright. Pea pod, lemon, asparagus, grapefruit, lemongrass and sea spray. A great early-drinker that's vibrant, juicy and lifted, with gentle acidity driving the mix of kaffir lime and gooseberry, slatey minerality and a dry, mouth-watering finish.
