We have always thought of Angullong as a high quality producer, but with the 2015 releases, including this Gold medal-winner, they have really raised the bar.
In the glass: Really zesty preserved lime with background hints of sea spray.
On the nose: Ripe and peachy with a touch of lemon zest and background vanillin oak.
On the palate: Mouth-filling, savoury richness with lovely umami depth of macadamia delivering velvet softness and mouth-feel. A long, charming young drinker.
