Very pale straw. Cut grass, gooseberry, passionfruit and lemongrass aromas. Very varietal, with herbaceous notes throughout, layers of pea pod and fresh herb, mouth-watering acidity, juicy mouthfeel, and a gentle, almost saline finish.
