Pale lemon green. Bright citrus, apple and chamomile. Youthful and crisp with Tahitian lime, star fruit and Granny Smith, delightful saline texture, salty minerality, vibrant acidity and a long, savoury and pure finish. Fresh, crisp and tightly wound.
