Antonio D'Onise had been crafting some excellent Prosecco in recent years, and his latest is a cracker. Very youthful, bright and fresh.
Pale with a fine bead. Delicate aromas of fresh citrus, stonefruit, lemon sorbet and dried herbs. Lively with a persistent creamy mousse, layers of lime, peach and guava, hints of orange sherbet, and a touch of sweetness offset by crisp acidity.
