A Sparkling made using Pinot Grigio for distinctive cool-climate fruit characters, and for this reason, did not require extended lees contact or time in barrels.
Pale lemon in the glass with bold aromas of lemon zest, musk and pear. Savoury and textural with a juicy core of melon, stonefruit and apple with mouth-watering acidity. A zesty wine with white fruit-like length.
