Arila Gardens are one of the modern Barossa producers making wines in a brighter and fresher style. Only old oak is used in this wine to highlight the pristine fruit.
Deep purple in appearance. Black, red and blue fruit lift with notes of anise and spicy oak. Intense spiced plum with deeper blue fruits throughout, plush texture and subtle spice notes, supple mouthfeel, and generous flavour length and persistence.
