In the winery: After being fermented on skins for nine days, it underwent primary and malolactic fermentation in seasoned French oak, where it remained for 14 months to mature.
In the glass: Medium density red.
On the nose: Spicy, slightly herbal lift with some confectionery notes.
On the palate: Clean, dry, spicy red berries with great texture and flavour persistence. Sweet yet savoury, gentle and harmonious, it’s drinking and developing beautifully.
