Medium gold with a green hue. Aromas of poached pear, brioche, spun honey and grilled nuts. Exotic and complex, with a deep and layered mix of grapefruit, biscuit and honeycomb, beautiful mouthfeel and weight, and tense acidity throughout. Superb.
