Made by Liz Jackson, this blend of Semillon, Chardonnay and Verdelho is medium lemon coloured with a faint green hue. Aromas of grapefruit, lanolin, lemongrass and cashew lead to a ripe palate showing stonefruit and passionfruit with notes of lemon and lanolin, a smooth texture and fresh flavour length. Best-enjoyed well chilled.
