Somewhat unusually for the region, Ashbrook bottle their Semillon as a straight varietal rather than blending with Sauvignon Blanc, and the result speaks for itself.
Medium gold colour. Bright lemon zest and white flower aromas. Light to medium-bodied, with a generous core of lime and grapefruit, an underlying tropical layer, crisp acidity, and a hint of quinine to finish.
