In the winery: Wild yeast fermentation in French oak followed by 10 months maturation on yeast lees.
In the glass: Bright pale gold.
On the nose: Creamy stonefruit, oak, lees.
On the palate: Deliciously fragrant and juicy with intense varietal signatures of nectarine, fig and melon, deluxe vanillin oak and mealy lees complexity. Powerful but well balanced with sweet lemony acidity.
