Aylesbury Estate Waterfall Gully Cabernet Merlot 2015

Aylesbury Estate is one of several small, family-owned wineries in the region quietly working away and starting to make a name for themselves as quality wine producers.
 
In the glass: Dense red black.
On the nose: Intense cassis, black and red berry with the lift of tomato leaf and lantana.
On the palate: A powerhouse of blackberry, black chocolate and black pepper giving incredibly long flavours built on a dense foundation of firm yet powder-soft tannins.
