Made by Ben Riggs, this Rosé was barrel fermented in old oak to give extra depth, the result is a delicious marriage of plush fruit and textural elements.
Bright pale pink. Raspberry sorbet and subtle leafy complexity. Fresh and lifted with dusty red berry and black liquorice, soft acidity, good balance of sweet and savoury elements and plush length. A fruitier style.
