Part of Selector magazine’s feature on matching red wine with Asian food, this Hunter Valley Shiraz was highlighted for its great potential to pair with the Korean classic, beef bulgogi.
This vibrant crimson drop has a concentrated nose of spicy oak and raisined richness. A real Hunter Shiraz, the palate is ripe, complex and earthy with well balanced fruit flavours, soft tannins, excellent length of dark fruit and a dry finish. A very nice drink now that will also develop well in the cellar.
