A very rich and flavoursome Sparkling made in the traditional way with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, by the skilled hands of gun winemaker Jeremy Dineen.
Pale with a silver-green hue. Intense toasty lift with hints of wild strawberry and grilled nuts. Stonefruit and lemon entry with subtle yeast autolysis, very fine acidity, and a creamy mousse giving length and persistence. Very complex.
