Battle of Bosworth Organic Chardonnay 2011

While winemaker Joch Bosworth’s nerves were tested in the challenging 2011 vintage in McLaren Vale, he stuck to his organic guns and has produced a fantastic Chardonnay.
 
Renowned wine writer Max Allen has described Joch Bosworth as one of “the most important organic winemakers in Australia” and this Chardonnay is testament to his talents. Medium straw to gold in the glass, it presents aromas of ripe melon, peach and a touch of honey on the nose. The palate is ripe and warm with a full core of stonefruit, melon and fig flavours over toasty oak.
