This Shiraz was crafted for its structure. The nose is as rich and vibrant as the appearance suggests, but it is the palate that reveals its ultimate secret that only the Brokenback vineyards in the Hunter Valley can uniquely impart. It is complex and elegantly structured. The tannins are soft and extremely fine yet assertive enough to make themselves known. There is a naturalness that’s difficult to describe.
