Best's Great Western Bin No 0 Shiraz 2013

Bin No 0 is made to be an age worthy style and has been the undisputed icon of the Great Western Shiraz style for many decades. It is internationally acclaimed as one of Australia’s great Shiraz wines.
 
In the winery: The hand-selected fruit was fermented and matured in the finest barrels in the winery’s underground cellar.
In the glass: Vibrant dark red with a purple hue.
On the nose: Cool climate spice lift over violet, black pepper and intense blackberry fruit.
On the palate: Elegant and refined with savoury dark fruit, bitter cherry depth and a fine tannin finish. Although only medium weight, it's long, intense, polished and classy with beautiful savoury persistence. Will cellar well and be even more delicious after a few years.
