The fruit for this brilliant Riesling came from the House Block vineyard where winemaker Adam Wadewitz recognised the outstanding quality of the 2010 fruit and picked a separate parcel slightly early to produce this Kabinett (superior reserve) style Riesling.After crushing, only the free run, most pristine portion of juice was used to produce the lifted aromas of lime and lemon blossom, good citrus intensity on the juicy mid palate, and mouthwatering acidity on the soft finish.
