Dark red with a faint brick hue, this Cabernet opens with ripe dark fruit and earthy developed complexity on the nose. Sweet, soft, ripe and plush, the palate delivers good varietal character showing plummy fruit and cassis spice. A lovely mellow wine that’s maturing well but will continue to soften in the cellar.
