Bethany are Barossa icons, and their Chardonnay is a consistent performer, coming as it does from low yielding vines ranging in age from 50 to 120 years old.
In the glass: Very bright straw with green freshness.
On the nose: Lovely honeydew, golden peach and hints of fig and subtle oak.
On the palate: Generous, super-ripe fruits with creamy, silken length, velvety-soft acidity and stylish oak. A well made wine with lime-like fruit intensity.
