Owner and winemaker Matt Head is passionate about growing, making and blending varieties that thrive in the hot and dry climate of McLaren Vale.
Deep red-purple. Aromas of plum, mulberry, liquorice, charcuterie and rose petal. Quite bold and rich, with a deep core of plummy fruit and cedar oak, gentle white pepper tannins, notes of black olive and bay leaf, and a long, rich finish.
