Fruit sourced from Bimbadgen's McDonalds Road Vineyard, Palmers Lane Vineyard and Upper Hunter, and after 10 months in French oak, Bimbadgen has delivered a classy Chardonnay.
Pale lemon green. Flint, apple, grapefruit, nectarine, brioche and ginger aromas. Brilliant acidity drive the vibrant core of white and yellow fruit, with creamy texture and mouthfeel, and well-judged cedar oak. A lovely Hunter expression.
