Bird in Hand Sparkling Pinot Noir 2011

Bird in Hand’s Trophy winning vintage Sparkling is made from 100% cool climate Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir fruit giving it the perfect base for premium quality.
 
Pour a glass and you’ll see it has a lovely pale pink blush. Then on the nose you’ll enjoy sweet strawberry and boysenberry fruit aromas, while on the palate there’s tight cherry berry fruit intensity with a hint of sweetness. It has a terrific fruit core and crisp acid balance on the finish.
