Bird in Hand Two in the Bush Merlot Cabernet 2012

Bird in Hand Winery prides itself on its attention to detail and there’s certainly no lack of it in their gorgeous Merlot Cabernet blend. Ripe and juicy, this wine is beautifully long.
 
This deep red coloured blend features ripe plum, raspberry and blackcurrant fruit lift on the nose. Ripe and juicy with a silky mouthfeel, the palate has masses of dark fruit concentration with faint confectionary notes, subtle oak and mint and cassis varietals on the long finish.
