Still-fresh mid-gold. Chamomile, grapefruit, lemon zest, lanolin and honeycomb aromas. Light to medium-bodied, with thrilling acidity giving structure and youth, a core of deep yellow fruit, secondary notes of toast and honey, and a flavoursome finish.
