Black Wing Chardonnay 2008

Winemaker Justin Coates has captured the unique flavours of Langhorne Creek fruit in this appealing Chardonnay - it’s alive with melon and fig characteristics.
 
This appealing South Australian Chardonnay presents a bright straw and green colour. The nose is characterised by aromas of honeydew, fig, biscuit and spice complexity. Melon and fig flavours dominate the bright palate which has fine acidity and long flavour length. Maturing slowly so has a long life ahead.
