Named after the winery founder, who established Bleasdale in 1850, this layered and complex red really opens up in the glass - decant before serving.
Deep red to purple. Dried herb, black olive, mulberry and plum on the nose. A flavoursome wine with an intense core of black fruit, fine yet very deep tannin foundation, savoury herb and dark chocolate complexity, fresh acidity and a long finish.
