Since Frank Potts was captivated by the fertile Langhorne Creek with its ample sunshine to create ripe, full-bodied wines, the Potts have followed a 150-year-old tradition of innovation, resulting in fine wines like this Gold medal-winning Shiraz.
Made by Peter Perrin, it is dense red black in the glass with inky density. The palate presents concentrated black cherry, iodine, prune and anise, while the palate shows inky concentration with a slight anise-like accent that adds to its appeal. Deep tannins will ensure this wine will continue to cellar well.
